How many times have you told yourself, "I can't?" So often we are restricted because of obstacles in our minds. When we limit ourselves to what we CAN do, we limit our chances to grow, change, and develop new strengths.

Once in a while an extraordinary challenge comes along to test those boundaries and help us discover our true potential.

Leadership
We all lead differently. Some of us have not yet discovered our leadership potential. Adventure based activities allow for different strengths to come forth to meet the challenge.Our initiatives and problem solving as a group encourage all aspects of leadership to be explored, both by individuals and the group.

Cooperation
For an organization, school group, or business work group, our program can have a positive, direct impact on group relationships and work relations.

Cooperation among co-workers can be severely weakened by day to day stress and disrupted communication. However, when colleagues are climbing a rock face and relying on one another for a safe belay, workday barriers give way to eager participation and a real sense of achievement.

Corporate Training
Where else can you combine professional training with a renewing and challenging personal experience? Our professional development courses are designed to enhance leadership and communication skills and foster the teamwork approach to problem solving. Professional leaders provide facilitation of "Workshops in the Woods."

Adventure
Why would we offer these challenges if not for the adventure? We offer "Challenge by Choice" activities within an emotionally and physically safe environment. Not to take away all risk but to go a step or two beyond your comfort zone and experience the thrill of adventure.

Our wilderness staff is highly trained and experienced in a variety of wilderness activities. All of our trip leaders are Wilderness First Aid certified. Whether leading a winter expedition on snowshoes along the Delaware River, rock climbing among the hidden walls of the Water Gap, or mountain biking along miles of beautiful trails, we are committed to a safe and challenging experience.

Experienced paddlers, climbers, skiers, and expedition leaders offer the best way to enjoy the adventure of breaking free from the norm and accepting the challenges faced in the wilderness.
